We hope this privacy statement will help you understand which information DelReY may collect from you for the purpose of communicating on DelReY’s service delivery and the way we process and use such information after collection.
The present privacy statement applies to the services of DelReY (www.delrey.be). It is important to note that DelReY cannot be held responsible for the privacy policy of other websites and sources.

2. Why? (Processing purposes & legal basis for processing)
We would like to collect certain personal information from you to keep you up-to-date with the activities of DelReY. In other words, these personal data will be used for communication purposes. We want to keep you informed of new actions, projects, newsletters, etc.
However, we are allowed to do so and will do so only if we have obtained your active consent. You can give your consent separately for various channels of communication (e-mail, post, text message, etc.) and you can also change your personal preferences at any time.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In that case, we will no longer process your personal data for communication purposes from the time of withdrawal. When we receive personal data from third parties, we will inform you in person. However, DelReY has no intention of doing so in the future.
4. Recipients of personal data
DelReY works with HANDS MEDIAROUTING, a consultancy firm in the area of public relations and communication. They will roll out the actions for DelReY. To this end, they will have access to the aforesaid personal data.
Other partners who work with DelReY may also have access to your personal data. However, we make sure we work only with partners who comply with the safeguards of the General Data Protection Regulation[1].
5. Transfer to third countries or international organizations
The personal data we receive from you will not be passed on to countries outside the European Economic Area, which means the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation apply at all times.
6. Retention period
We will retain your personal data only for the length of time necessary for the aforesaid purposes and provided that you do not withdraw your consent.

For instance, you have right of access, right to rectification and right to erasure of your personal data, as well as the right to restrict the processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability.

We would advise you to keep your contact details and any other information you have provided accurate, complete and up to date.
